FAQ
Do we get the raw, unedited files?
We do provide raw, unedited B-roll video clips for your own use (ideal for stories, behind-the-scenes, or quick organic posts). However, we never deliver raw, unedited photos; all photos delivered in your gallery are always fully edited and color-corrected.
What is the typical turnaround time for delivery?
We deliver all finished assets via a private online gallery. While the exact timeline depends on the scale of the project, our standard turnaround is negotiated and agreed upon during our creative alignment phase to match your content calendar.
Do you travel outside central Lisbon?
Yes, we shoot all over Portugal and internationally. Central Lisbon travel is fully included in our base packages. For shoots outside of central Lisbon, a travel fee will be custom-evaluated based on distance and logistics.
What if our shoot requires models, props, or studio rentals?
We handle all creative direction and production, but external costs such as professional models, custom props, or studio/location rental fees are budgeted and invoiced separately. We will map these out during our pre-production planning.
Can we request additional photos or Reels later?
Absolutely. If you access your private gallery and decide you want more assets than your package included, you can purchase additional edited photos for €5 / image and additional Reels for €25 / video.
